Description: This course redesign project is based on an actual client engagement undertaken to improve student performance, increase student engagement, and improve course pass rates. The Project Plan includes a detailed description of the purpose and scope of work to be performed, a project management plan, a stakeholder communication plan, a proposal for resources needed, and a breakdown of projected costs. A Work Breakdown Structure plan was developed using the One Page Project Manager™ tool. The redesigned course was successfully launched in Fall 2019 and data is being collected (in the form of student surveys, student scores, and pass rates) for summative evaluation and improvements.
