I am passionate about creating engaging and authentic learning experiences and empowering learners to achieve their full potential. I have enjoyed a varied career in Educational Technology-related roles, including in instructional design, learning and development, solutions consulting, and customer success. My current role as Instructional Designer, Florida Atlantic University Center for Online and Continuing Education, Boca Raton, FL, allows me to create high-quality online courses that meet the diverse needs of all learners.
My professional aspirations include:
- Designing eLearning experiences to the highest quality standards that support authentic learning and measurable outcomes.
- Utilizing performance analysis and training as a strategic management function to guide problem solving and to maximize market opportunities within companies.
- Develop inclusive learning and training solutions that reduce barriers to access and meet the needs of diverse learners across Web, mobile, and in-person environments.
