Description: This analysis report examines the problem of declining product sales in a Higher Education Publishing Company and the challenges of transitioning from traditional print to digital media. Data collection and analytics was used to identify gaps in sales performance and measure customer motivation, ability to use digital platforms, and barriers such as price, student access, and institutional support. The goals were to identify and categorize various performance risk factors and recommend interventions to bridge the performance gaps.
